Description

We are searching for a Senior Donor Relations Advisor— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead and continuously improve donor relations program that will ensure proper stewardship of existing donors, cultivation of new prospects, and/or help engage donors in strategic ways that help secure funds and ensure donor retention. Collaborate with members of the office of philanthropy to add strategic value in donor stewardship with the goal to progressively upgrade level of giving and involvement. Manage endowed fund reporting, which requires working with operational leaders in finance, legal, and investments. Liaise with administrative and physician leaders in all service lines to request updates to fulfill reporting requirements of donors.

Requirements

• Collaborate with members of the office of philanthropy to add strategic value in donor stewardship with the goal to progressively upgrade level of giving and involvement.
• Advance programs that increase quality of giving, retention and support the growth of the prospect pipeline.
• Implement services and strategies that improve the team’s ability to cultivate, solicit and/or steward philanthropic gifts.
• Oversee and manage comprehensive donor impact and stewardship reports that clearly communicate the outcomes and value of philanthropic investments in Texas Children’s. 
• Manage endowed fund reporting to ensure on-time delivery of donor reports.
• Collaborate with Texas Children’s leaders across philanthropy, finance, legal, investments and service line partners as well as external software partners. 
• Track and measure effectiveness of the programs through the use of the CRM, dashboard and donor feedback to ensure alignment on department goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of donor and prospect interactions, movement and activities within the CRM/database systems. 
• Maintain the integrity, quality and confidentiality of donor records.  
• Develop and utilize donor data and reporting tools to support decision making, stewardship planning and organizational goals.
