The American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA) is looking for an individual with 1-3 years of association or nonprofit experience, or a customer service background to support the Membership and Development departments. This position plays a key role for the organization, with growth opportunity and as part of a small, dynamic team. This position may have the option to work from home, however will need to be available to come into the office or travel for meetings as needed. Responsible for customer service, handling member, Team, donor, and event inquiries, including phone and email. Process payments and donations, maintain data and reporting/analytics in membership and donor CRM database ensuring accurate and timely data entry for all constituents
