Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Department of Psychiatry. This position is for the Medical School Campus. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: Position provides financial information and fiscal management for all of the Department's sponsored funds. This information is used by the faculty to assist them with project management and by the Business Office in the process of budget submission, plan and quarterly reports. Applicant Special Instructions: WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office setting (currently work from home), with a staff of eight providing services to approximately 100 faculty member/post-docs so being able to work as a team is very important. The job itself is deadline driven and can be highly stressful. Required Qualifications: Equivalent of bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in accounting or a related field plus experience in grants administration or nine years of combined education and related experience. Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $51,293 - $66,685 annually. Benefits: This position is eligible for full-time benefits.
