Annual Giving, Capital Campaigns/Endowment, Major Gifts
The Senior Development Associate will:
Report directly to the Executive Director of the Jewish Home Foundation, and work effectively with the Jewish Home Family CEO, Jewish Home Family Chairman, entity Presidents and lay leadership to expand the base of financial support from the community - focusing on identifying, cultivating, engaging, stewarding and soliciting in all levels of philanthropic gifts. This includes further developing and cultivating financial support for the Foundation’s Annual Giving Program, Legacy Giving, Endowment, and Capital Campaign programs.
Participate in efforts to identify, cultivate and solicit corporate support -specifically in the area of special events sponsorships.
Along with the leadership team, design and implement a comprehensive plan to accomplish his/her duties.
Develop a close working relationship with board members.
Attend all the organization’s fundraising and special events, as well as attending Foundation board meetings and its annual meeting.
Be able to meet benchmark goals established by leadership, as well as self-made benchmarks.
Perform other related duties for the Jewish Home Foundation as required or directed.

Become adept in use of the Jewish Home’s fundraising systems (Raiser’s Edge, Access Mailing Database)
CFRE preferred but not necessary. At least 5 years of development experience preferred.
