Founded in 1961 as a not-for-profit organization, St. Andrew's Resources for Seniors System (STARSS) is a leading service provider to seniors and their families in Missouri and Illinois with a primary focus in the greater St. Louis region. The Foundation currently raises approximately $1.5MM annually which is used currently to fund transportation for low income seniors in its HUD 202 communities, provide a Spiritual Outreach program at Tower Grove Manor and at Brooking Park, assist residents whose funds have been depleted, and fund at home services to residents who cannot afford them. The Foundation is always looking for new programs and services to be of assistance to its seniors.
